Benefits for Sponsors 

The Entrepreneurs and Consultants SIG is part of the Capital PC User Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Support is tax deductible. 

Several levels of corporate sponsorship, starting as low as $100, are available to support and enhance the regular monthly meetings and special events of CPCUG's Entrepreneurs and Consultants SIG. Specific benefits to sponsors, depending on sponsorship level selected, include-- 

• Reaching nearly 2,000 CPCUG members, computer professionals with corporate purchasing responsibilities, with an ad in CPCUG's print magazine 
• Increasing online visibility with the placement of a logo with a link to your Web site on CPCUG E&C SIG's Web pages 
• Being recognized as a sponsor in meeting e-mail announcement messages sent to our SIG's CONENT-L subscribers, which include interested nonmembers in addition to CPCUG members
• Promoting your services/products at SIG meetings via literature distribution from our literature table
• Recognition as a sponsor from SIG leader at beginning of meetings

• Ability to distribute literature via literature table at one SIG meeting 
• Inclusion as sponsor on all e-mail messages promoting that meeting

• Ability to distribute literature via literature table at three SIG meetings 
• Inclusion as sponsor on all e-mail messages promoting those three meetings 

• Ability to distribute literature via literature table at three SIG meetings 
• Inclusion as sponsor on all e-mail messages promoting those three meetings 
• Inclusion as sponsor with logo and link on SIG's home page for 3 months 

• Ability to distribute literature via literature table at three SIG meetings 
• Inclusion as sponsor on all e-mail messages promoting those three meetings 
• Inclusion as sponsor with logo and link on SIG's home page for 3 months 
• Half-page ad in one issue of CPCUG's print magazine, the Monitor, with paid subscription circulation of nearly 2,000 (and additional unpaid distribution of up to 6,000)

• Ability to distribute literature via literature table at 12 SIG meetings
• Inclusion as sponsor on all e-mail messages promoting those 12 meetings 
• Inclusion as sponsor with logo and link on SIG's home page for 12 months 
• Half-page ad in four issues of CPCUG's print magazine, the Monitor, with paid subscription circulation of nearly 2,000 (and additional unpaid distribution of up to 6,000)
• Recognition and thank you from SIG leader at beginning of those 12 meetings

• Better audiovisual resources for meetings and special events, enabling outreach to more computer users, increasing information sharing and networking 
• Better distribution of meetings throughout the Washington, DC, region, enabling more to participate and contribute to our SIG's community of computer users
• More seminars, workshops, and other special events 
• More member discounts
• More valuable door prizes
