Saturday, July 21, 2001, 2:30 pm Marketing Smart With E-Mail
Marketing your products and services online is a lot cheaper than traditional,
more expensive methods. And, it can be quite effective. Using techniques
such as pay-per-bid search engine listings, you can get hundreds of leads,
regardless of the type of business you are in or the market you serve.
Turn those leads into paying customers using e-mail marketing and newsletter
tactics. Learn how to get your company noticed by qualified prospects,
and generate repeat business from existing customers through low-cost,
do-it-yourself techniques.
Raj was listed in Regardie's Power Internet 100 in the year 2000.
Speaker: As co-founder and President of Khera Communications, Inc., Raj Khera has led the development and growth of two popular business portals: GovCon.com, for government contractors, acquired by VerticalNet in 1999, and MoreBusiness.com, a business resource center for small businesses. His company recently launched a low-cost e-mail list management service to help consultants and small businesses create and run professional e-mail marketing campaigns and newsletters. Raj has a couple of degrees in electrical engineering and is a member of a bunch of societies. He has recently become an expert in diaper changing and enjoys hanging out with his wife and new baby boy. Raj Khera may be reached at raj@kciLink.com.
