Join the principals of Chaos To Clarity LLC, Jo Golden and Tracey Holinka, for an interactive session that will have you making better use of the Web in no time. A structured approach to research that fits your business needs and knowledge of the Web can save you time, money, and aggravation. Whether you need to figure out your local competition, follow mentions of your company in social media, or research the demand for a new product you’re thinking about launching, sound strategies, flexible tactics, and basic research skills will take you far. Speakers: Jo Golden, PhD, guides people from 18 to 80+ in changing their relationships to technology and learning. She has refined her approach to education while working with clients and teaching for more than a decade, most recently at Georgetown University. As a digital strategist and Web presence wrangler, Jo creates compelling business stories for the Web and de-mystifies social networking. Tracey Holinka, MS, teaches clients how to make the most of computers and the Web while getting their solo or small businesses online. Early in her 12-year career as a Web professional, she developed a passion for creating easy-to-use, functional, user-focused technologies. Tracey creates user-friendly Web sites and blogs in addition to managing Web and learning projects, large and small. Chaos To Clarity LLC is a women-owned business, founded in 2003, that provides education, Web, and computer services to professionals, solopreneurs, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Using its Digital Survival™ education programs, clients start learning from wherever they are, become more self-sufficient, and develop their own approaches to technology education, whether needing to take charge of their computers or to leverage social networking for their businesses. In addition, Chaos To Clarity creates professional Web sites/blogs that take client businesses to the next level on the Web. Agenda
