Strategies for Building Your Business
Speaker: Michael Smith, President, TeraTech, Inc.

Description: Do you want to grow your business in 2006? How will you attract new clients? Are you clear about where your business is heading? At this event we will cover marketing ideas for your business, including user group and conference participation. We will also look at how to measure success in marketing, how to make effective sales, and how to avoid common mistakes.

What alternatives do you have for organizing your business for growth, and what makes for an effective business plan? Once your business is growing, what traps can arise when hiring employees or subcontractors? Learn tips for avoiding expensive mistakes with human resource issues. And, finally, learn how to build a successful business where you'll enjoy working.
